Incomplete apartment model

This model is being made in 3ds Max. This was the part were i was starting to think about texturing. I had just added the smoke particle effect and object I previously made before.
This is the incomplete building, by the time I finished it I had fixed some of the issues and got rid of parts, a part I removed was the storm drain as the texture already had one and because it didn't line up correctly. I also made more vents to make it look more natural and added items to add more human elements to leave a human presences. One thing I didn't fix was texturing issues. The buildings texture don't match up because I hadn't used a Unwrap UVM what would have made it work better but I didn't know how to use Unwrap UVM untill now. Something I added to the finished version was a generator and some buildings around it.
