Storyboard for the 30 second game trailer of the great fire of London

When I was coming up for ideas for what I could do, then the BattleBlock Theater introductions came to mind, the narrator with a very upbeat and dumb tone talking about the game, would be a good edition to add to my project.
*/Update 28/02/2018
A lot of my plans didn't come to pass, so I reconstructed a method that was a lot more possible to accomplish with in the time frame,
1. I originally was going to make a burning houses in 3DS Max but It ended as some cubes on fire, but I couldn't think of an effective way of implementing it into the project, so I decided not to use it, I also had an issue where it didn't save some of the fixes I made.

2. I had planned to use Sony Vegas 14 to make the element and just assemble in after effects as I have more experience using Sony Vegas 14.
3. I changed my plan of a 3D 30 second character trailer to a 2D trailer instead, for that I drawed a character and a street with house that was in the tudor era street, I was going to create my own fire effect but I had lost the tutorial I found, so I just green screened a fire effect from YouTube, I also created some sound effect for the fire
To make the character come out from between the houses I had to make one of the houses on the layer above the character.

I made the houses by tracing the main lines of a old tudor house 3D model in Photoshop, I used the pen tool to make the houses and character, I wanted to use the graphic tablets we have at here but it got really frustrating as it was very buggy and hard to draw with compared to my own tablet, also the fact I couldn't access Sai off my USB because admin permission was needed to launch the application, another reason was that I can't install the drivers my graphic tablet needs.
I picked houses from the tudor era as it was the tudor era during the great fire of London so I picked it as it fit the time period, When researching I could not find much about what the poor/commoner would wear so I sketched a character based off Ochako Uraraka (from My Hero Academy) and tried to make it more of what I tort someone in that time would wear, after I sketched it I scanned it and put it in Photoshop so I traced the lines in Photoshop, originally I tried using the graphic tablet but it ended in more frustration so I when to the pen tool to quickly trace it.
